We created Rae, not to claim we fix people, or that we are whole and others are broken; we just knew that together we had the tools to create something powerful.
We blend astrology, breathwork, and embodiment into potent retreats that fit into full lives and ripple through entire identities.
Our breathwork and movement sessions are unique and different from the rest, immersive and intimate by using silent disco headsets. Removing a major sense, the external sound, the world falls away, and the only place left to go is within. You emerge feeling like you have been on a life changing journey to another world.
We create the pause that softens. The space where your heart can open again without the armour life asked you to wear.
